Technical Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a talented technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build and optimize a robust tech stack to support business growth and product needs.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and NLP advancements, driving innovation and improving processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
  • Implement systems for tracking technical performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring efficiency.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • 5-15 years of experience in technology leadership, ideally in AI or software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI, machine learning, NLP, and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
