Job Title: Course Facilitator

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs, guiding candidates, and ensuring successful outcomes in the IBBI examination.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience of our trainees. Your expertise will enable them to effectively navigate the complexities of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and IBBI regulations.

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our trainees
  • Develop and maintain cutting-edge course materials and study resources that reflect the latest developments in the field
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to trainees throughout the training program
  • Conduct rigorous mock exams, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that our training programs remain aligned with industry best practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards set by IBBI

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, or related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and IBBI regulations
  • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in insolvency or bankruptcy
  • Experience in exam preparation and training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
