Technical Designer Position

The company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Designer to work on various projects remotely. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and reviewing technical drawings and designs.

  • Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project requirements.
  • Review and revise existing drawings as per client or project team feedback.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in technical drawings and documentation.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into precise CAD outputs.

Responsibilities also include ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and project guidelines, managing and organizing CAD files, drawings, and related documentation, and communicating effectively with remote teams to support project delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Proven experience as an AutoCAD Designer, Draftsman, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D); experience with other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, drafting standards, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to interpret architectural, engineering, or mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
