Job Title: Technical Lead/Sr. Technical Lead/Technical ArchitectDetailed Description:

This is a critical role for someone who wants to lead and guide a team of software developers.

The position involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to execution, delivery, and maintenance. This includes managing team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards through regular code reviews.

To excel in this position, you will need strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.

You should have extensive experience working with .NET technologies, database design, and development. Additionally, you should be proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiar with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Version control systems like Git are also essential.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with at least 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns is necessary.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can drive software development projects forward by leading teams, making informed decisions, and resolving complex technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
