Job Title: Data Entry Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Associate to join our team. As a Data Entry Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with data and possess excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze insurance requests received from customers and process them according to standard operating procedures.
  • Familiarize yourself with multiple client applications and capture necessary information to process customer requests.
  • Organize and complete tasks according to assigned priorities.
Requirements:
  • Fresher from any graduation with excellent analytical skills.
  • Basic insurance knowledge is required.
  • Able to type at a speed of 21 words per minute (WPM).
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Flexible and willing to work in night shifts.
  • Ready to relocate as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally to exchange information with clients.
  • Any graduate with English as a compulsory subject is preferred.
Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST. Shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends based on business needs.
