As a data entry professional, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's data.
Job Responsibilities- Enter and update data into our systems and databases with utmost precision
- Verify the accuracy of data before inputting it to prevent errors
- Maintain and organize files and records for seamless access
- Assist with data cleansing and reconciliation tasks to ensure data quality
- Generate and review reports as required to inform business decisions
- Address and resolve data discrepancies and errors promptly

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry software is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy are crucial
- Good organizational and time-management skills are necessary
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is mandatory
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and spoken) are vital
- A Commerce and Accounts graduate fresher can apply for this role
- Certifications in data entry will be an added advantage
- Typing speed above 20 WPM is a must
- Will to work on a 6 months contract is required
- Hindi speaking is preferred
