Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring productivity, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily workflow to maximize capacity for the project pool.
  • Ensure timely adherence to schedules for self and team members.
  • Address daily challenges such as absenteeism, irregular workflow, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members and provide support for their concerns.
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit them promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform quality checks on volumes processed by team members.
  • Hold daily meetings with the team and provide timely updates on processes to maintain quality.
  • Anticipate client needs and prepare reports accordingly.
  • Review feedback and implement improvements for the team's quality.
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, including security, confidentiality, and trade secrets.

Requirements

  • Graduate or master's degree from any field.
  • Proactive in taking up new challenges and expanding skillsets.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective networking skills within the organization to achieve goals.
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training.
  • Ability to create a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at a business process outsourcing/knowledge process outsourcing entity.
  • Ability to manage stress under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet applications.
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach others about process nuances.
  • Familiarity with financial services and class action/mass tort is advantageous.
  • Ability to interact confidently with internal and external customers.
  • Candidate with experience in legal process domains is preferred.
  • Ability to review reports and take actions based on data.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
