Electrical Engineer Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering expertise in electrical discipline for product development and detailed engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. To provide engineering expertise in electrical discipline for product development and detailed engineering.">
  3. To develop standard drawings, specifications, and resolutions on maintenance related issues.">
  4. To strive for sustainable designs for safe operations in line with business goals and quality proposition of the business.">
  5. To maximise customer satisfaction, internal and external, and take corrective action on feedback.">
  6. To manage cost and design, implement profit improvement opportunities, modify design, specifications for reduction in cost, develop vendors for new initiatives, and roll out.">
  7. To adopt technology solutions to gain competitive advantage, evaluate and recommend new products for adaptability for cost effectiveness.">
  8. To engineer and implement projects to meet business requirements, prepare design basis, develop standard engineering drawings, specifications based on design basis, timely completion of project within prescribed budget and agreed norms of quality and HSE, resolution to site specific vendor query, support to EAC on technical matters, carry out detailed engineering, technical evaluation of vendors.">
  9. To asset management to enhance reliability and productivity, providing technical solutions related to maintenance, stay abreast of developments in technology, industry, competition, and adopt innovate to give competitive edge to the business and strive for customer delight, carry out root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective action, periodic interactions with stakeholders to address gaps.">
  10. To process management towards operational excellence, update and write new processes, analyse for deviations by site audits and suggest mitigation plan.">
  11. To people development for enhanced capability and productivity, sharing of domain knowledge, developing training modules and conduct training programs, create in-house competency to meet all engineering needs of the petroleum business, knowledge sharing - domain, cross-functional, best practices, technical bulletins, news letters, attending conferences.">
  12. To bring focus and continually improve practices related to EHS, review incorporate safety aspects checks in existing designs, ensure awareness by available communication avenues, perform root cause analysis of accidents, near miss reports, implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence.">

Education Requirement:

">

An engineering graduate with a degree in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

">

Experience Requirement:

">

Above 8-10 years of experience in a reputed engineering consultancy firm, knowledge of Indian and international codes.

">

Skills Competencies:

">

Domain knowledge holder, keep up-to-date knowledge on technological developments, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, expert knowledge in the respective discipline and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. They should also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
