About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager - Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer experience from project booking to handover, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and improve overall performance.
  • Manage a team of Operations Leads, empowering them to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure team adherence to defined processes and standards, delivering a standardized customer experience.

Requirements

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations, with direct team management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
