Job Title: Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and development of AI/ML models and algorithms.
  • Test and fine-tune models to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into healthcare workflows.
Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.
  • Solid background in Computer Science and Algorithms.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG systems.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
  • Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API development.
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and healthcare data standards.
