Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Key Role Summary:

  • We're seeking an exceptional machine learning engineer to lead our team's AI initiatives.
  1. You'll be responsible for designing and developing sophisticated ML models, implementing cutting-edge techniques, and ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
  • Prior Experience:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role, with a strong background in machine learning.
  • Technical Skills:
  1. Deep understanding of regression, classification, clustering, regularization, and model tuning.
  2. Proficiency in Python programming, specifically with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  3. Familiarity with CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and other advanced ML architectures.
  • Data Handling & SQL:
  1. Able to query large datasets efficiently using SQL and apply rigorous data validation.
  • Statistical & Analytical Thinking:
  1. Solid grasp of hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and interpreting results in a business context.
  • ML System Design:
  1. Experience building scalable ML pipelines and deploying models in production (REST APIs, batch jobs, etc.).
  2. Understanding of monitoring and retraining models post-deployment.
  • Bonus Qualifications:
  1. Experience with distributed data processing (Spark, Dask, etc.)
  2. MLOps tools like MLflow, Airflow, or SageMaker
  3. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Hands-on experience with feature engineering, data preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis.
  • A portfolio of successful ML projects showcasing your skills and accomplishments.
