Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead our project delivery organization. As Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering and installation solutions that meet customer specifications and quality standards.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure successful project outcomes and contribute to the improvement of financial performance.

In this position, you will oversee the production, testing, and documentation control of systems to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with engineers and supervise structural, controls, plumbing professional services.

You will also design mechanical work for industrial projects and identify cost-saving opportunities. Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills are essential in this role.

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is required, along with advanced computer skills and proficiency in software applications such as MS Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and related software applications.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex environments.
