Job Overview

This role is a key position within our Master Data Management organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the offshore Master Data team and ensuring timely and accurate execution of master data management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the Master Data team to achieve expected Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance.
  • Standardize and automate processes with the help of the NoCC team to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure correct and timely processing of financial and non-financial operations.
  • Accurately set up, modify, and maintain master data in systems.
  • Manage training, routine, people development, and other compliance activities.
  • Build relationships between the GCC, business unit, and stakeholders.
Master Data Management Activities
  • Ensure the Master Data team operates within agreed-upon timescales and quality levels.
  • Conduct quality checks on master data setup to correct infractions before they impact business operations or customer relationships.
  • Ensure end-to-end master data process execution is efficient.
  • Support project initiatives, including active participation.
General Management Activities
  • Maintain MICS/Risk Management/Audit compliance targets, create sustainability models, and action plans for open issues (MICS, GRM, and EP Audit with 100% quality).
  • Develop backup plans (100% for the team).
  • Update Training Tracking Tool and create action plans to minimize knowledge gaps.
  • Monitor SLAs/KPIs and update monthly, ensure quality monitoring of team performance, and take actions to close gaps.
  • Maintain/update process training documentation (L5) as per EP standards.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency within the process.
  • Perform routine management (cascade, stand-up, one-to-one, etc.) according to Excellence Program guidelines.
  • Ensure effective communication flow to and from the team (positive interaction with external parties, BU, and ZCC employees).
  • Share best practices within the overall business.
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events.
People Management Activities
  • Comply with all safety procedures and safety training requirements.
  • Equip the team adequately to perform their duties and responsibilities.
  • Administrative people management.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Execute People Cycle according to Excellence Program guidelines (Targets setting and cascading, Competency appraisal and Operational Performance Review, Personal Development Plans, and Recovery Plans, etc.).
