SAP Project Manager

This is a highly skilled leadership role requiring expertise in SAP project management. As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the execution of end-to-end projects from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Optimize SAP solutions for business processes and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Oversee SAP incident resolution processes ensuring timely and effective handling.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues.
  • Maintain incident logs and generate reports for analysis and improvement.
  • Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
Scrum Master Duties:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Cultivate Agile/Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement among teams.
  • Remove impediments and optimize team productivity.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, and backlog health.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.
