Job Title: AI and Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:">
  • We need someone to build, deploy, and scale LLM-powered workflows from fine-tuning to inference optimization.
  • The ideal candidate will architect multilingual, multimodal systems spanning text, voice, and images tailored for India's diversity.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with embeddings, hybrid search, and vector DBs.
  • Design real-time agents and tool-calling systems for discovery, recommendations, and conversational transactions.
  • Engineer data pipelines cleaning, structuring, and streaming hyperlocal content from multiple sources.
  • Run offline/online experiments to improve accuracy, reliability, and latency at scale.
  • Build internal AI tooling for observability, evaluation, and safety making AI explainable and citizen-first.

Requirements:

  • A strong foundation in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related fields is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML libraries like PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs is required.
  • Proven ability to ship production-grade AI systems and end-to-end pipelines is a must.
  • A deep understanding of LLMs finetuning, inference patterns, and prompt engineering is necessary.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and agent orchestration patterns is an advantage.
  • Ability to work like a builder lean, fast, and hands-on shipping solutions that scale is crucial.
