Procurement Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving procurement strategies that align with business goals, managing vendor relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing procurement plans that meet the needs of our organization, while ensuring compliance with budgetary controls and industry regulations. They will also lead the negotiation of contracts with vendors, manage the procurement process from end-to-end, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The role demands expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and contract negotiation. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead vendor negotiations, contracting, and performance management.
  • Establish procurement policies, processes, and systems to ensure efficient sourcing.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent supply, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Lead procurement planning in coordination with project teams, operations, design, and finance departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12+ years of procurement experience in real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of handling procurement for large-scale residential/commercial projects or high-volume retail operations.
  • Strong experience in vendor negotiations, cost control, strategic sourcing, and contract management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain systems, and contract laws.
  • Proficiency in ERP procurement modules (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously under tight deadlines.
