Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's mission to deliver innovative data solutions. You will design and implement scalable data pipelines using cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and PySpark.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement scalable data pipelines utilizing Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Notebooks, and SQL endpoints within Microsoft Fabric.
  2. Develop ETL/ELT solutions using T-SQL, Spark Notebooks, and PySpark within Fabric and Azure Synapse.
  3. Manage and optimize data storage and compute in OneLake, supporting Lakehouse and Warehouse use cases.
  4. Implement and manage Azure Key Vault for secure handling of secrets, credentials, and connection strings.
  5. Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for Data engineering projects using Azure DevOps, including automated deployment of Fabric assets.
  6. Integrate data from diverse sources including SQL Server, Azure Blob, REST APIs, and on-prem systems.
  7. Collaborate closely with business teams and PowerBI developers to ensure data models support reporting and self-service needs.
  8. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance, data quality, and failure recovery.
Requirements:
  • Azure Synapse: Hands-on experience and at least 4+ years relevant experience is mandatory.
  • Microsoft Fabric: Hands-on experience and at least one project executed using Microsoft Fabric is mandatory.
