About the Role

We're seeking a driven Wealth Manager who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. As the face of our personalized wealth management platform, you'll help clients make smarter investment decisions while growing their wealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong connections with prospects, understand their profile, and onboard them into our customized stock portfolios.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline, follow up, close deals, and hit your acquisition targets.
  • Conduct regular video reviews with each client, break down portfolio performance, compare it to benchmarks, answer queries, and build trust.
  • Maintain open communication channels – emails, calls, updates – ensuring clients always feel informed and supported.
  • Identify opportunities to grow each portfolio, suggesting smart improvements that align with our core investment philosophy.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or advisory roles within financial services (banks, AMCs, wealth firms, etc.)
  • Strong academic background
  • Exceptional communication skills – clear, confident, and convincing
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, MFs, stocks, and investment strategies
  • High sales ownership and strong relationship-building abilities
  • Able to explain complex investment methodology in simple terms
