Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Finance Implementation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for leading the global Workday Financials implementation project.

The ideal candidate will have technical project management experience, preferably with Oracle or Workday Financial Implementation. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to facilitate the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

Requirements
  • Lead the global Workday Financials implementation project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables
  • Develop, control, and communicate the project plan, timeline, and milestones
  • Define and document project tasks, issues, risks
  • Monitor milestones and deliverables to identify issues early and develop workarounds
  • Track and report project deliverables to the project team and stakeholders

The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience with WD Finance module implementation, testing the system with business users, and developing procedures, manuals, and other documentation based on gathered requirements.
