Job Description:

TAHPI is seeking a visionary leader to oversee multiple large-scale healthcare architecture projects (India & International) and guide project teams through planning, concept design, technical detailing, and construction documentation.

The role is responsible for ensuring all project documentation meets international quality and code standards, coordinating with all sub consultants and disciplines, and coordinating with TAHPI global offices for seamless collaboration on shared projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of Architects and Designers; oversee recruitment, training, and performance
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
  • Manage resource planning, project staffing, and inter-office coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Master's/bachelor's degree in architecture from a reputed University/College is required. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in Architecture, with a strong portfolio in Healthcare Projects.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strategic thinking and proven business development expertise
  • Extensive experience in healthcare architectural design, planning, and project management
  • Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory) & AutoCAD with strong technical understanding of international documentation standards
