Marketplace Opportunities


We're seeking a specialist to expand our presence across leading Indian and global online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of fashion e-commerce, from onboarding to scaling operations and driving growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and setup of relevant marketplaces.
  • Own revenue targets for marketplace channels, identify opportunities for growth, and build strategies to scale sales.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for visibility and conversions across platforms.
  • Strategize, execute, and monitor marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Track key metrics (traffic, conversion, returns, profitability), generate actionable insights, and build data-led strategies.
  • Work closely with brand, design, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.

Requirements


  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in managing fashion businesses on marketplaces (Indian & global).
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • A self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities.
