We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile, collaborative and detailed-oriented professional to support our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) global users.

This position is responsible for supporting the timely development of master data within LIMS with accuracy and precision. This includes the ability to interface with multiple groups, interpret results, and troubleshoot. Additionally, when needed, this role will be able to assist with training and support LIMS questions during routine QC operations.

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in pharma/biotech
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Understanding of laboratory experience with various analytical techniques, e.g. HPLC.
  • Previous experience with Global Regulatory and GxP requirements
  • Required experience with following systems: LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), eQMS and document management
  • Strong customer-facing skills
  • Strong written, oral and presentation experience with the ability to break down technical concepts into business-facing language
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the timely development of master data within LIMS
  • Interface with multiple groups and troubleshoot issues
  • Assist with training and support LIMS questions during routine QC operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharma/biotech or related field
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience with laboratory analytical techniques and GxP requirements
  • Proficiency in LIMS (Labvantage 8.7), eQMS and document management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in pharma/biotech or related field
  • Additional certifications in quality management or regulatory affairs
