Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage vendor payments, customer billing, and statutory deductions. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor payments, including booking and passing entries, while ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Support internal audit requirements by providing necessary details and documentation.
  • Manage vendor reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with user departments to generate E-waybills for customer billing.
  • Prepare monthly closing reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes and automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor payments, reconciliations, and transactional accounting.
  • Proven experience in coordinating with auditors and supporting audit requirements.
