Cybersecurity Solutions Architect at a leading provider of next-generation security solutions.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of cybersecurity and protecting our customers' digital way of life.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems. You will work closely with our customers to design and deliver custom security solutions that meet their unique needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing comprehensive security strategies that protect our customers' environments
  • Providing expert guidance on security best practices and standards
  • Analyzing logs and events from our security solutions to identify potential threats and provide threat analysis reports
  • Collaborating with our Technical Assistance Center to troubleshoot and diagnose complex cases
  • Maintaining our implemented solutions and providing mentorship on code upgrades, changes to the platform, and new technology developments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year engineering degree or equivalent education/training/experience
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in document creation
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience with firewall and IDS/IPS solutions in large environments
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration, and operation of Palo Alto Networks products
  • Extensive knowledge of various security threats
  • A strong understanding of Internet protocols and applications
