Supply Chain Expert - Kinaxis Rapid Response

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in supply chain processes and Kinaxis Rapid Response to join our team as a Supply Chain Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions in Kinaxis Rapid Response, utilizing your deep technical understanding of the solution and its work flows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their requirements into effective solution designs.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring high-quality code reviews and execution of developed functionality.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in supply chain processes, including S&OP, Demand-Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Production Planning.
  • Cultivate and leverage certifications such as Kinaxis Author – Level 1, Level 2/3, and Solution Consultant 1.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response, with a proven track record of successful full implementation cycles or extensive support/enhancement management.
  • Deep functional experience in supply chain processes, including data flows and solution design.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing and guiding junior developers.
