Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to drive quality and process excellence in our new development project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a centralized repository for Risk Management, enabling data sharing across teams.
  • Develop a comprehensive QA process, procedures, and test approach, aligning with stakeholders.
  • Implement Selenium and Java-based automation testing, writing acceptance criteria, and enforcing quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Project Managers/Agile Coaches, and Developers to define and own the QA process.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ Years of Testing Experience in both Manual and Automation environments.
  • Experience with Functional, Regression, UAT, Exploratory, Negative, Database Validation.
  • Experience with Big Query, SQL, Java, and Selenium.
  • Experience writing test approaches and acceptance criteria in Gherkin.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow and GPC.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Pipeline Deployments.
  • Experience with Groovy for Test Automation.

Work Arrangement:

This role will be working on a hybrid schedule, 3x week onsite in Gurgaon.
