Job Summary

Cybersecurity assessments are a vital component of ensuring the security and integrity of medical devices. As a cybersecurity professional, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents affecting released medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain continuous awareness of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Perform risk assessments and impact analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and deploy security patches and updates.
  • Conduct post-market surveillance processes for cybersecurity and support regulatory submissions and audits.
  • Engage with external researchers and coordinate responsible disclosure processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of general Cybersecurity experience.
  • Experience in Product Security, Vulnerability Management, and Cybersecurity Process Development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with IT, business partners, and internal/external audits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in evaluating and advancing organizational cybersecurity maturity.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
