Frontend Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our frontend development efforts and spearhead the creation of high-performance web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
  • Guide and support a team of frontend developers in creating scalable and maintainable code.
  • Develop and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Hands-on Development
  • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks to deliver high-quality products.
  • Design and build responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications that meet the needs of diverse users.
  • Technology Ownership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and evaluate new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.
  • Quality & Performance
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality products.
  • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong command over React and React Native is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus.
  • Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
