About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with extensive experience in ReactJS and NextJS to join our dynamic fintech/banking team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of frontend architecture, user experience, and a strong background in developing scalable and secure web applications for the financial domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of complex frontend solutions using ReactJS and NextJS.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product owners to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and fintech industry trends.
  • Work closely with banking/fintech stakeholders to understand domain requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Strong expertise in ReactJS and NextJS frameworks.
  • Proven experience in banking or fintech projects.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket communication.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies or full-stack experience.
