CSR Consultant

About the Role:
As a CSR Consultant with Give, you will be working closely with clients to drive impactful CSR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program identification and delivery: Identify client's CSR vision, develop action roadmap aligned to their goals, maintain close coordination for timely service delivery, and deliver high-quality reports and updates.
- Strategic Consulting: Help clients design or restructure programs to achieve real, measurable impact, conduct secondary research on CSR landscape and trends, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
- Internal Stakeholder Management: Timely raise internal requests to meet project objectives, develop understanding of tech products to provide guidance to clients, and contribute to pre-sales efforts by developing high-quality collateral and proposals.
Requirements:
- Graduate/postgraduate from top-tier institutes with strong academic background.
- 0-2 years of experience in CSR/development space or equivalent consulting experience.
- Domain knowledge of CSR rules and understanding of CSR ecosystem in India.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and strong data analysis capabilities.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
