The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Social Impact Professional to join our dynamic team as a CSR Consulting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive business growth while making a meaningful difference in the lives of millions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-profile client relationships, crafting impactful strategies, and fostering collaborations with key stakeholders. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise to deliver comprehensive CSR solutions that drive real, measurable outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of tailored CSR solutions.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Collaborate with clients to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable plans that drive tangible results.
  • Strategic Planning: Design and execute customized CSR programs that align with clients' business objectives and values.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of associates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, CSR/impact consulting, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-impact CSR solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A passion for the social impact space and a commitment to advancing positive outcomes.
