About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Art/Graphic Designer to fill a key position within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative designs for various media to meet the needs of internal teams and external clients.

  • Overall management of design production to ensure timely completion.
  • Utilization of knowledge in design software to accomplish responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise design and production of all online and offline marketing materials.
  2. Develop and execute the creative design strategy behind advertising campaigns.
  3. Create and produce a wide array of media formats.
  4. Promote the company brand to increase brand visibility.
  5. Lead and mentor team members.
  6. Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders to deliver results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
  • 8+ years' of professional design experience.
  • Proficiency using design software such as InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills.
