About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker, a visual storyteller, and a master of design tools — with proven experience across digital, print, and multimedia formats. You will play a key role in shaping brand communication, crafting high-quality visuals, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact design concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, web assets, and print materials
  • Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to visually communicate ideas and enhance user engagement
  • Translate briefs into compelling visuals aligned with brand identity and campaign goals
  • Design assets for a range of formats including digital ads, brochures, pitch decks, motion graphics, packaging, and more
  • Create and edit motion graphics and short videos for digital platforms
  • Lead design projects from concept to delivery while ensuring high quality and consistency
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate and inspire
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and review their work for quality assurance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work across print, digital, and motion design
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand systems
  • Experience in video editing and basic animation is a strong plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design
  • Photography and/or illustration skills
  • Experience in UI/UX design
