About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in digital marketing and data analysis, with a proven track record of creating engaging mass mailing campaigns that drive results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing mass mailing campaigns to reach a broader audience.
  • Creating targeted mailing lists, ensuring high deliverability and response tracking for campaign optimization.
  • Supporting digital marketing initiatives by executing email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional drives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across outreach efforts.
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, providing reports for management review.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Expertise in mass mailing tools, including Mailchimp and Sendinblue.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing and analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with web/data scraping and list-building tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign tracking using Google Analytics and UTM tagging.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, mass mailing, or data extraction roles. Prior experience in recruitment, consulting, or HR industry is an added advantage.
