We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead growth in our organization. As a Senior Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the university application journey of students worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize student needs by shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability.
  • Deliver honest, impartial advice to students, leveraging exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide clear information to students.
  • Participate in webinars, seminars, and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
Requirements
  • 1-10 years of experience in the study abroad sector or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and good typing skills.
  • A willingness to work flexibly and adjust working hours to suit organizational needs.
