We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to establish a new business venture as the Enterprise Business Strategist.

About the Role
  • Business Data Management: Manage all enterprise data, from function charters to profit & loss statements, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Execution Ownership: Own business execution, including on-ground activities and outcome delivery.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business functions and leadership, facilitating problem-solving with management support.
  • Process Building and Productization: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the business and its functions, leveraging technology and SaaS solutions for operational efficiency.
  • New Market Launches: Play a key role in launching new markets, serving as the market lead for initial on-ground operations.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree from a top-tier university and an MBA from a reputable institution.
  • 1-5 years of work experience across sales and program management, preferably in retail distribution/sales or BFSI.
  • Prior project management experience and high comfort with data analysis and dashboarding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of ownership, ability to adapt quickly, and build new business skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
