Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families. This role requires effective communication, coordination, and advocacy to ensure seamless delivery of services and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Engagement: Develop strong relationships with patients, listen to their concerns, and provide personalized support throughout the healthcare journey.
  2. Registration and Admission: Welcome patients during registration, admission, and discharge processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  3. Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, manage patient flow, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  4. Patient Education: Provide guidance and assistance to patients in understanding their rights, responsibilities, and available support services within the healthcare facility.
  5. Policy Compliance: Educate patients and families on relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, including billing and insurance processes.
  6. Patient Advocacy: Collaborate with healthcare teams to advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
  7. Quality Improvement: Analyze patient satisfaction surveys and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting initiatives to enhance the patient experience.
  8. Record Management: Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.
