Role: Financial Associate

You'll work alongside pioneers from top tech companies like Microsoft, Uber, and PayPal to build and scale next-gen ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records with attention to detail.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking efficiently.
  • Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards effectively.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Support venture finance setup for new business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA).
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Experience in automation tools for finance operations.
