Artificial Intelligence and Psychometrics Specialist Role

We are seeking an expert in AI and psychometrics to join our team. This specialist will be responsible for designing and integrating AI-based programs to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Test Development: Design and integrate AI-based programs to enhance data analysis and test development processes.
  • AI-Driven Personalised Programs: Create and maintain AI-driven personalised programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Model Evaluation and Improvement: Collaborate with Data Science teams to evaluate and fine-tune AI models ensuring accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
  • Innovative Test Item Development: Develop innovative test items for specialised evaluations.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects is necessary.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering is essential.
  • Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation is crucial.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills are necessary.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are expected.
