DevOps Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in designing, implementing and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Your expertise in automation will be instrumental in streamlining infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM Templates, Bicep or Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools like ARM Templates, Bicep or Terraform.
  • Manage and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure including compute, storage and networking resources.
  • Ensure secure, reliable and efficient deployment practices across environments.
  • Integrate testing, security scanning and code quality tools into the DevOps lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA and IT teams to resolve build and deployment issues.
  • Implement and manage configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
  • Maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes and deployment guides.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience in setting up automated pipelines.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Services (VMs, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions etc.).
  • Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell, Bash or similar.
  • Experience with IaC tools - ARM Templates, Terraform, Bicep.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
  • Familiarity with source control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps principles and integrating security in CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Azure Certifications such as AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert) or AZ-104.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics or App Insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
