DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about resolving complex technical challenges and working collaboratively with others to deliver high-quality products.

About the Role

The role involves participating in testing, test automation, and systems maintenance using modern technologies, processes, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in testing and test automation of respective systems using modern technologies, processes, and practices.
  • Take end-to-end care of systems including designing, developing, testing, operating, and supporting.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, system test case development, interface analysis, documentation, and SRS development.
  • Deliver assigned services according to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Document work using required standards, methods, and tools.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Setup and maintain test environments & test data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.
  • Hands-on knowledge in testing (Functional & Automation), preferred experience in Selenium.
  • Experience with support and maintenance of production environment.
  • Knowledge of APIs: SOAP, REST, XML/XSD, JSON.
  • Knowledge on database management.
  • Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure, process, setup, and technologies, Azure Cloud.
  • Knowledge of shipping process / logistics flow is an advantage.

PREFERRED SKILLS include ISTQB certification, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude. Excellent analytical skills, structured approach, organizational skills, teamwork ability, self-motivation, self-confidence, time management efficiency, and ability to work independently. Fluent English is also required.
