Job Role: Accommodation Associate

Work Hours: 9 (Rotational); 5.5 days per week

Shift Timings: 7 AM- 4 PM, 9 AM- 6 PM, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion:
  • Engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  1. Customer Interaction:
  • Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  1. Market Expertise:
  • Build knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  1. Follow-Up:
  • Maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  1. Data Management:
  • Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the system.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
