Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary creative director to spearhead the development of high-impact visual content for leading fashion and lifestyle brands in India.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client goals and be able to transform them into innovative strategies across various formats, including premium catalogue shoots, campaign photoshoots, films, AI-driven visuals/videos, lookbooks, motion graphics, and trend-first digital content.

This role involves ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving, requiring the ability to work across formats and lead teams effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing comprehensive creative strategies to meet client objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery
  • Leading the development of high-quality visual content, including photoshoots, video shoots, and concept development
  • Integrating AI tools to drive efficiency and speed in content creation and production
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster growth and development
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5–7 years of experience in fashion, lifestyle, or content production
  • A strong understanding of client goals and the ability to work backwards from them
  • Expertise in photoshoots, video shoots, concept development, and integrating AI tools
  • Leadership qualities, including proactive problem-solving, team collaboration, and excellent communication skills
