Senior Process Specialist Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documents in the banking domain. The successful candidate will have experience with document review, quality control, and compliance assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Review: Ensure that documents are accurate, complete, and comply with relevant standards and legal requirements.
  • Quality Control: Assess documents for completeness, consistency, clarity, and correctness, identifying discrepancies and errors.
  • Compliance Assurance: Verify that documents adhere to procedural and regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Account Setup: Oversee the end-to-end process of account creation, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected, verified, and input correctly into the system.
  • Documentation Review: Ensure that all account-related documents are complete, accurate, and in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • System Management: Input and maintain customer data accurately in the account management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-4 years in a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of document review, quality control, and compliance assurance processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
