Identity Governance and Administration Engineer

Seeking a skilled Identity Governance and Administration Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with business and technical teams to maintain a secure and efficient identity governance environment.

The successful candidate will provide advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancements within the SailPoint platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide expert-level support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
  • Collaborate with development teams for customizations, workflows, and integration updates
  • Implement and manage SailPoint rules, tasks, and certifications
  • Analyze logs and debug code to resolve complex issues

Requirements include:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
  • Expertise in L3 support, debugging, and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint APIs
  • Experience with integration to target systems (Active Directory, Azure AD, databases, LDAP, web services, etc.)
  • Good understanding of IGA concepts (provisioning, workflows, certifications, access requests, lifecycle events)
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment and handle P1/P2 incidents

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Exposure to SailPoint IIQ upgrades and migrations
  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell scripting, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Understanding of compliance and audit requirements in IAM
