At Equitas Small Finance Bank, we seek a Branch Receivable Officer with a proven track record of optimizing cash flow and minimizing bad debts. This key role oversees daily operations, ensures timely payments, and implements effective strategies to improve our receivables management.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables to ensure efficient payment processing and minimize bad debts.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance cash flow and reduce outstanding amounts by analyzing financial data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the collections team to resolve issues related to overdue accounts, ensuring prompt action to minimize losses.
- Provide insightful analysis on trends and areas for improvement in our receivables management, utilizing data-driven approaches to inform decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions, including receipts, payments, and account balances, to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles and credit risk assessment, to make informed decisions about receivables management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with banking software systems to streamline tasks and maximize productivity.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to address challenges and opportunities.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
