**Job Title:** Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payment from customers and maintaining positive relationships with them.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to their accounts receivable;
  • To send and receive emails, letters, and other communication regarding account status and outstanding balances;
  • To make outbound calls to delinquent accounts and negotiate payment arrangements;
  • To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates on account status;
  • To work closely with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and minimize delays;
  • To provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently;
  • To analyze and interpret data on customer behavior and trends to identify areas for improvement;
  • To implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce bad debt;
  • To collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other software applications relevant to the job;
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
  • US/UK collections background is a plus;
