The Training Officer is a key role in our organization. This position involves conducting new hire training and soft skills/negotiation skill training. The responsibilities include monthly cyclic activities such as refresher training, update training, and process improvement.
As a Training Officer, you must be able to sensitize to training needs and understand the learning requirements of different learning groups. You must also be able to work with the Operations team to identify, screen, and execute process improvement plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring advisor calls every week during OJT and providing immediate feedback when necessary.
- Providing regular feedback to Team Members regarding team performance and any issues that need escalation.
- Documenting feedback signed off by concerned parties.
- Conducting process refreshers and policy refreshers.
- Nominating advisors to conduct buzz sessions.
- Handling all escalation calls for the team.
- Sharing good and bad calls, creating product level FAQs.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to analyze data and present it effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
