We are seeking a seasoned Brand Strategist to champion our luxury design studio's growth and presence in the national and international markets.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales and brand building efforts, working closely with the founder to develop and implement strategic plans. This hybrid role combines sales leadership (70% focus) with brand custodianship (30% focus), requiring innovative thinking and hands-on implementation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to engage potential clients, galleries, collectors, and cultural institutions through personalized outreach and curated engagement initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals, creating immersive experiences or events to foster engagement.
  • IDentify and research national and international galleries aligned with our ethos, leading outreach and placement efforts.
  • Explore opportunities for museum acquisitions, initiate conversations with relevant departments, and curators.
  • Evaluate curated sales platforms, online marketplaces, and luxury retail partnerships to expand our reach.
  • Handle collaboration requests, assess alignment, manage negotiations, contracts, and communications.
  • Manage and respond to sales inquiries, nurturing relationships with potential clients, collectors, curators, and collaborators.
  • Represent the studio across various platforms, including exhibitions, talks, and design gatherings.
