Senior Business Analyst - Collateral Management

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Collateral Management. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with teams and clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and other materials.

  • You will have experience with process documentation and operating models within software such as Microsoft Visio.
  • You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.
  • You will have knowledge of capital regulations (current CRR, Basel 3.1 changes under CP16/22 and PS 9/24) with the ability to navigate and understand these regulations.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will be a natural problem-solver, able to think critically and outside the box to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
